  • What is Microblading?
    Microblading is a form of semi-permanent makeup application. The process involves the implantation of pigment into the skin's epidermal surface with natural feathering of hair-like strokes. It is very precise thanks to a tool with a small sloped blade with 10-12 little needles at the end that scratches the skin, much like a paper cut. The final result is a realistic and natural-looking eyebrow that fits the shape of your face!
  • What is Powder/Ombré Brow?
    A Powder/Ombré brow is a form of permanent makeup that gives a similar effect to wearing powder or pencil on your brows. The procedure is performed using a micro-pigmentation machine. The results tend to last longer than microblading and is best suited for individuals with oily skin or little to no brow hair.
  • What Is Permanent Eyeliner?
    Designed & winged eyeliner is usually thicker and bolder eyeliner tattoo with winged tails at either straight or upward angels depending on the preference of client. Thickness and length are fully customized to client preference and it is recommended for those who prefer bolder and dramatic makeup look.
  • What Is Lip Blushing?
    Lip blush is semi-permanent service that provides a subtle blush to your lips. It is used to enhance the natural lip shape, symmetry, and colour. A customized pigment is applied to your lips based on your skin tone and personal preference. Perfect for those that apply lipsticks and lip liners each day, or want to change the overall colour of the lip. Results last up to two years.
  • What is Lash Enhancement?
    Lash enhancement is eyeliner tattoo that is done along the eyelashes to define the eyes without the look of heavy makeup. Normally it is about 0.3cm – 0.5cm in thickness and is placed within the lash line to create an extremely subtle and natural looking eyeline. It is recommended for those seeking to enhance the natural size of their eyes or wish to look more alert with the look of minimal makeup.
  • Am I a Good Candidate for Permanent Makeup?
    You may not be a good candidate for permanent makeup if you have any of the following conditions: Taking Isoretinoin (Accutane) Pregnant or Nursing Tendency to develop Keloids (please contact me) Botox (in the area to be treated) (please wait 2 months for the effects to wear off) Under the age of 18 Serious diseases that can affect your body's healing process, such as cancer or autoimmune disorders (please consult with your physician) Bleeding Disorders (please consult with your physician) If you are taking any medications that contain blood thinners or affect your body's ability to heal, please consult with your physician with regards to getting a tattoo.
  • What Happens During The Appointment?
    To begin, the technician will perform a technique called "mapping". This is the marking and shape development of the brows/lips/eyeliner based on surrounding facial features and can be adjusted endless amounts of time based on a client's aesthetic preferences. Once the mapping is completed, a numbing cream is applied for 20 or more minutes; during this time, clients are required to read over and sign the process paperwork. As the PMU area become a bit less sensitive, the technician will perform three (sometimes more or less) "passes" with the tool and/or machine, inserting pigmentation. Once completed, the excess pigment is removed and healing ointment is applied.
  • How Long is The Appointment?
    The entire process of a PMU appointment can take up to 3 hours. This appointment should not - and will not - be rushed, so please allow enough time for the entire appointment. The mapping can take roughly one hour, in order to ensure the desired shape and symmetry.

  • If an appointment is cancelled within 24 hours, 50% of the appointment fee will be paid from the credit card used for the booking. No exceptions are given. 
     

  • If you do not attend your scheduled appointment and do not contact us beforehand, 100% of the appointment fee will be paid from the credit card used for booking. No exceptions are given.

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late, the appointment will be rescheduled and the cancellation fee will be applied (50% of the service fee).

  • By booking an appointment, you are agreeing to waive a patch test of any and all materials used for the service. If you would like to partake in a patch test, please let us know beforehand!

  • Results cannot be guaranteed. As much as we will do our absolute best to ensure satisfaction and optimal results, there are many personal and individual factors that could affect the outcome of the service. Everyone is different and unique in their own way, and that's the beauty of it. Rest assured, you will always be in good hands. Not that some clients may require additional touch-ups and will be the financial responsibility of the client.

  • NO REFUNDS will be given for any reason. We cannot offer refunds for services that have been provided as time has been spent and products have been used. If an abnormal reaction or adverse event occurs following your appointment, please reach out and it will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Thank you for your understanding.
